- how a non-productive and misleading focus on calories as a primary direct target
- has contributed to a very costly (money, lives and suffering) lack of focus on those highly effective dietary changes that can quickly and substantially improve health, (whether there is successful weight loss or not).
Note they refer to omega-3 fats. Research suggests that omega-3 fats are best obtained in food. Omega-3 fats given as capsules or other supplements may not be beneficial.
